ICMELER DAILY WEATHER REPORT

Not much breeze in the village today but a nice one blowing down in the harbour and maybe thats why it seems hotter where I am

35 degrees in the shade and 44 in ths direct sun

I forgot to water the plants last night and they are already keeled over but hopefully they will come back tonight once watered

This is not an offical Turkish Meteorological Service's recordings, definitely not from some locals backyard temperature gauge but from the official thermometer in my FRONT garden in the sun (that is if my thermometer has not been destroyed by the heat in the sun) and also from my official thermometer in the shade in my side garden (officialised by me as I am at the moment the only official weather REPORTER and not forecaster in my street in ICMELER.

Yesterday and today have been a bit mixed as in there are clouds in the distance and it is feeling very muggy and last night clouds appeared late on

We were hoping for a bit of rain but it never came

Hazy blue skies at the moment with temperatures of 34 in the shade and 43 in the sun

Blue skies and a slight breeze again today in Icmeler

It is true that rain is on its way? I fly out to Turkey on Thursday and some of the weather sites are showing rain Wed-Sun

A lot cooler here because of the sea breeze and of course the shade offered by the Eucalyptus trees

Nice to hear waves crashing against the shore and very therapeutic for all

32 degrees in the shade and 41 in the sun

Its raining wahey

First rain since May and its nice

Thermometer melted again yesterday so cant give a reading but its still warm

Already a very warm start to the day and a sticky one too

I think it will hit nearly 50 in the sun today the way it is feeling at the moment

Can't give a temperature reading as all thermometers are now done in with the heat

Spoke to our firend last night in Icemler hesaid it is hitting 55!

we were here July 8th to the 21st and it was hitting those temp then!!
