I wonder if anyone can help me.? My daughter has a one year residency so is staying in Icmeler at our apartment. She called me today to say she isn't feeling too well and was thinking of going to the community hospital in Marmaris tomorrow.
A friend has told me that as she has her residency she can go to the doctor's in Icmeler and he won't charge her. But can that doctor do the required tests or will he just send her to the hospital.
Do they operate in a similar way to our doctor's in the UK.?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If she has some sort of insurance then they will treat her but if not she will pay

There is no reciprocal medical agreement with the UK and Turkey

Wherever you are in the world then if you are not covered by the eu you should buy medical cover
