Friday 13th July 2012 Icmeler

34 degrees in the shade and I have just left town where the gauge read 46 degrees in the sun

Very hot still but there seems to be more people walking around town in the day but I noticed the supermarkets are doing a great trade on water, ice and ice cream

Come next week I will be one of them. I find it impossible to lie in the sun, but love walking around in it. Gives you the chance to pop into various places for a quick refreshment (in between the bottles of water )

At 10am it was 35 degrees in the shade at my house and gauges on the way tp Marmaris show 42 in the sun

A bit of a breeze today so keeping temps down

Todays temps were 44 in the sun and 36 in the shade

Current temperature in the shade as of course sun has dropped from sight in Icmeler is 34 degrees

I need some input for photo's

Hi JT we are flying out for our first ever visit to Icmeler on the 30th July and have been following your weather reports and the excellent pics you've been posting, really can't wait now but it would be great to see some pics of the Kurt Apartments from the street and pics of surrounding area.

It felt a lot coolr in the town last night and was able to sink a few Efes without sweating them straight out

Today also the humidity seems to have dropped a lot and temperatures are 43 in the sun and 34 in the shade

Seems hotter today though the gauges say it still the same as yesterday

I had a walk into town this morning and could feel the sweat until I hit a street with the wind howling through it and that was nice

34 degrees in the shade and 44 in the sun, high factor needed as the breeze will make you think it is not as hot

Just had a stroll round the old village on my way to the 3 (4) Bells and it certainly feels hotter to me
