Well done with your weight loss!

I too, do Slimming World and on each trip to
Icmeler I find that after two weeks I either stay the same or lose weight when I get weighed on my return.
with slimming world you can basically eat as much of certain foods as you like. The breakfast is great full of protein (boiled egg) and veggies (tomatoes, cucumber) - or even omlette? scrambled eggs eggs etc? Just try not to eat too much bread...
If like me the breakfast fills you up you won't need a lunch

Then at dinner time - the selection is broad, lamb, chicken or fish dishes served mainly with either salads or veggies. Most dishes do seem to come with Rice and Chips.. I used to eat the rice (as it's a free food on SW) but leave my chips to one side or request no chips

alchohol is the worst thing you can drink when on a diet - but in moderation is not too bad!
I think if you do a lot of walking around - maybe a walk before dinner/ or after dinner ? If you are on a first / second floor in your hotel, try walking up the stairs at least once per day rather than taking the lift (if there is one)... I was on third floor at Eda
Hotel and the lift was a bit scary so took the stairs sometimes 3 times a day!!

) even when it was 50 degrees heat outside in June 2012!
Also if you have a good sized pool or even a small one, go for a dip and swim a few lengths... maybe at sundown....before you have a siesta to get ready to go out...
A walk up to the old village - or one end of Icmeler to the other - or even a walk to Marmaris.... !!
Anyway, that's just my 1 Lira's worth added to the pot..
