ICR Transfers

Postby Dirkster23 » 20 Jun 2012 20:57

I was wondering if anyone had used the ICR transfers from the airport before? We're on a package deal with TC, but are considering booking a transfer as we've heard the coaches can take around 3 hours? Also, if you book with ICR do you get a private hire or have to share the taxi/mini bus?

Any info much appreciated :)

We've used ICR transfers several times and would definitely recommend them. They're NOT private transfers, however, so you may have to share, but we've been pretty lucky and most times we've either had the transfer to ourselves or just had to share with another couple. Worth every penny to get to Icmeler so much quicker - and the service is excellent too.

We had a package holiday this year and dedided to use ICR transfers so that we could get to Icmeler quicker. Landed at 4pm collected luggage and were on our way by 4.45pm. It was a people carrier and we (myself, partner and 6 year old grandson) had it to ourselves. We had a 5 min toilet stop and were at our apartments by 6.30pm. Checked in, quick change and sitting in Tandoori Sizzler by 7.10pm! I'm sure the transfer bus would be nowhere near Icmeler at this time.

In my opinion well worth the money to get to Icmeler quicker.

On return journey transfer arrived 20mins early, went to back of old village collected another family, 5min refuel/toilet stop and straight to airport.
We have used ICR transfer previously when hotel was booked through them too and would definatley use again whether on a package deal or not.

If you are going to use ICR just make sure you let the T C rep at Dalaman know that you are making your own way and then they will not be hanging around waiting for you
