Hi David.....Happy New Year.....

We started our diet today .:( The only problem is we still have loads of Christmas goodies in our cupboard . So do we eat one thing a day until July , or do we toss everything in the wheely bin and have a right good cry ?
The latter is probably a better idea or we might not fit in the seat on the plane .
Good luck to everybody who has started the dreaded diet and lets keep focused .

The Icmeler diet

Postby andi » 08 Jan 2007 22:07

Oh My God - I thought it was just me!!! Why do we do this to ourselves, after all, its not as though we cant get choccies and all those other naughty things througout the year, so why do we binge on them at Christmas and then spend the next 6 months trying to lose what we put on in two weeks  :?: :!:
