Very easy to understand now, only one query can come out of this is the use of the word 'spouse'. In England, Wales & Northern Ireland it means your legally married partner. It does not include partners from civil ceremonies 'as these are not recognised under the Marriage Act so do not confer the title of Husband or Wife.' Neither does it include people who are living together but not lawfully married, however long the relationship may have lasted.
This is the England, Wales and Northern Ireland definition, as long as the 'Icmeler definition' includes fiance, fiancee and people who are living together then there should be no queries.
Oh no! what's the definition of 'living together?'
