Icmeler Harbour Knock down

i have just seen a on marmaris tv that The empty Shops along the Harbour are beening knock down,
anynews why? did they have planing permission to build
it was lovely walking down there going fishing, sadly missed

A third of them were pulled down at the start of the season and now they have decided to demolish the rest

I think like the first lot it was lack of planning permnission but imo they were not the best built places I have seen and were also empty
