Postby annetta » 20 Aug 2011 13:18

Anyone interested in a trip to Gypsy Beach Sunday 18th September?

Trip is with ICR, cost £20 each and can be booked and paid online.

A minimum of 12 needed for the trip to go ahead

This is a nice relaxing day out with a different view to Icmeler

Thanks John, I've edited it to 12 minimum. Had read 10 on a previous post.

Ive also sent Michelle an email asking her to arrange this trip if we get enough people.
Hope you manage to get back to Icmeler and are able to join us.

lfc Pete- thanks, it would be great if the six went as we need 12 for the trip to go ahead, could you please email ICR to let them know you want to go.

Viking Pete, we don't arrive till 15th, that is why I picked 18th. You are more than welcome to come if you don't manage on the 11th, could you let ICR know please.

Anyone else like to go :?: Should be a great day out :D

Viking pete 2?

We arrive in Icmeler about 5pm on Monday 5th Sept - I will go in the office the next morning and see what the score is with the 11th and 18th - as previously mentioned already booked and paid for a 'Gypsy Beach' - not bothered which Sunday we go as long as we go - if that makes sense - so please leave us in your calculations Annetta - be great for a full bus of forum members.

Thanks,

Pete.

Don't worry about getting more than the minimum as we can take as many people as we want (to a certain degree)

Ok same thing applies here

When you are ready make your booking online and then I will get it processed so you can make your payments

This type of trip is private same as the ICR boat as no other agencies will be pushing people on it so it is important to get the monies in and not let other people down by not going
