Hi All we got our tickets today fly out 5th August starting to get excited now really cant wait to be back to Paradise

Same for us Dodge, received them at 10:38 this morning, Just hope the flight is on time, last few weeks the worst it's been is about 10 minutes late at Dalaman, the best 20 minutes early.

Yeap same flight.

Not sure about the 6th as the group we are with have suggested other plans for the Saturday but I am working on it, On Sunday my youngest insists on the 3 bells for her Sunday Roast so it may be the Monday before we get to the Tandori Sizzler.

e-tickets arrived this morning for a 7th August departure but dont get in the resort till the morning of the 8th August.

for the second year running weve had the company we booked with go into admin , we also had booked for our daughter and children for next year , my father in law is still waiting for is money back from last year from goldtrail , i will only book with t.c or thomson in future at least it will save the hassle, we love icmeler been staying there for 17 years normally stay at ozay apart , but we have been staying at ekinci palace really enjoy there

So sorry for all those who have been affected - we lost out with the collapse of Kiss Flights last year, and were on the verge of booking with Aegean the day before they went into administration too. It does take ages to get your money back too - it's ridiculous that this is allowed to happen time and time again. Hope everything works out for you in the end.

We have lost 2 holidays as well. We have lost one in October and the Monday before they went into administration we booked 13 flights for next year. We are well out of pocket now and who knows when we will see the money!

Due to many stresses over the last 3 years we have been unable to get to Icmeler, having turned a corner we booked flights for next August, giving us something positive to look forward to and now we've lost them , can't afford to book more flights until we get some money back (hopefully). Submitted claim and had a letter saying 4-6 weeks to deal with it (not holding my breath) Never mind keeping our chins up and hope we can still make it next August one way or another.

www.flythomascook.com have some really great prices for next year but for some reason prices aren't that great from some airports

Hi all,

If you paid by credit card, claim through them saying you want to claim undet section75. I've done this and got the money refunded into my credit card account yesterday. Hope this helps

I paid by credit card sent my details in which they received yesterday, they said i will hear back by the end of the week, also maybe able to claim back the extra money we have had to pay for new flights

4wilts, you sound like us, exactly the same no holiday for 3 years, saved a bit of money booked those flights for next August and now lost that money. Sent our claim in but not heard anything yet, have no money now to book a holiday for next year, need to wait until we get this back so I understand how you feel. All of us that have been put in this situation need to keep our chins up, hope we get our money back and book for next year and have an even more better time that we had originally planned

WE HAVE JUST HAD A PHONE CALL TO SAY OUR AEGEAN FLIGHT MONEY IS REFUNDED TODAY.WE BOOKED ANOTHER FLIGHT THE SAME DAY THAT AEGEAN WENT BUST AND RECEIVED OUR TICKETS TWO DAYS LATER.WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO BEING IN ICHMELER ON THE 4TH SEPTEMBER.CANNOT WAIT.
