hi just been shopping at morissons and theyre selling the luvly EFFES, just makes me wanna be in icmeler right now, mind you 4wks today and i will be art bristol airport waiting to bored the luvly big bird...............just want to say thank you to all u fab peeps for writing all your stuff on here, it just makes the whole holiday experience all the better when you read allthe good things about a place and know that im going to be there soonxxxxxxxxxxxx

hi janey, yea they were on offer, 3 for £4, but they only had 3 left lol, one for him indoors and 2 for me lol as if it thats gonna happen lol
im not going till the 10th sept, its been along time coming but truly worth the wait, how long u going for and where abouts u staying, sorry for being nosey lol xx

I just checked Tesco.com as that's the only supermarket near us and they do have Efes; £3.99 for 4 330ml bottles, no offer, that's a tad expensive for me

We're there for 12 days. Couldn't get a flight for any earlier and my son will have to miss the first day back at school as we don't land until 00.45 the day school starts.

We are booked in to the Sarigul apartments, we last stayed there 10 years ago, hoping they're just as good if not better than then

You're not being nosey by the way. I always ask where/when of everybody, it's just nice to build a mental picture I find So where will you be staying???????? Lol!

lol i tired to work out just how much the effes wouldve cost me in icmeler, but my brain wasnt funstioning too well last nite
we're staying at the prestije, in the old village, i just luved it there last year, but then everywhere seems to be luvly so i really dont think it matters too much where u rest ure head, the only problem, not really a problem was the fact that we oculdnt get any sunbeds round the pool, the same people had their towels out for 24hrs, so we were never able to spend a day by the pool, it wasnt too much of a problem, just really wouldve like to have the chance !!!!!!!!!!!!!
as for building up a mental picture, its been driving me mental, reading all the lovely reviews and knowing i have to wait till sept to go lol you know when u just wanna go NOW lol
i hope u have a fab time, and have a beer for me, or if ya want u can 2 xxxxx

Oh that is so selfish isn't it?? Everyone knows everyone else is on holiday too so the beds are not just theirs, they're everyone's. You paid the same money they did and use of the pool/sunbeds is part of what you pay for. That sort of selfish, inconsiderate behaviour makes me so mad

Did the owner/manager not tell them to stop hogging the beds? I would have thought they would have

Luckily where we're staying there's only 8 apartments and plenty of beds so I hope we don't have the same problem. Mind you it is only a small pool so we're already planning on going pool hopping most of the time, lol! That way hubby and I get to try more poolside bars and hopefully my son will have more fun so it's a total win-win, lol!

There are some new photo's added today, have you seen them? They are great, got me even more excited and impatient to go when I saw them.

I'll do you a deal, I'll have copious amounts of Efes for you if you'll do the same for me when you go

gd morning i wasnt really sure i f u can pool hop lol do u just have to lunch and a few drinks with them and the dont mind ? i did have a look at the pics, they were lovly, just makes it more enjoyable knowing that we're gonna be there soon.
as for the effes, im a lite weight but i sure willhave a good go at it, just for you, cheap date me lol i just cant think of anything worse than a hangover in that heat, iget the sweats anway lol
im abit worried about the money side of things, we're taking about £1100 for the 2 wks, we're only going to do a couple of boat trips, one each wk. the others dont really do it for us, jeep safari was good, but we totally loved the boat trip, not gonna bother withe market, got ripped off last year. so i guess u can say that we're gonna toallychill most days, and im sure that the money will last xxxxxx

Hiya. I had a panic yesterday, our phone line was down so we had no internet at all, it was like losing a limb! Lol

The hotels/apartments don't mind you using their pool just so long as you buy a drink or something, not necessarily a meal. As I said our pool is only small and there's no slides or anything to keep a 14 year old amused. I've been given the name of a few hotels that have water-slides at their pools so we'll be checking them out. I don't mind what poolside bar I spend my lira in so long as we're all kept happy

How many of you are going? £1100 is way more than I'm taking. I've changed £600 up already and I'll take another £200 for extras. That's for me and my son, hubby will have his own money.
We're not doing any trips, only a water taxi to Turunc and back one day, that's 15L each apparently. Other than that we'll just be chillaxing by a pool or on the beach, my kind of perfect

I'm getting ready for V Festival in a couple of days, really looking forward to it but it's kind of being eclipsed by the fact we fly to Icmeler a day and a half after V so I'm way more excited about that than the festival, lol!

i shud imagine the money will be fine but i just dont wanna woryy about it, just wanna have fun
