still not getting it to work
after i click download and then free download nothing happens
there is nothing that downloads
can someone help me please ?

Katie, did you download the winrar that I posted the link to?

When you go onto the link, double click on the middle one - free download, you should see it starting to download at the bottom of your screen.

yeah i downloaded the winrar that you posted the link to and also did what you just said but nothing happen it just takes me onto a screen to upload something which i dont want to do

Definitely nothing to upload.

Have you looked in your download folder in your computer, just to see if they have downloaded and gone straight to the folder?

yeah i just checked and there is nothing in there
normally im ok with computers and can usually figure out the problem for myself but im puzzled with this one

I had to click on the download button a few times before it worked for me. I cant access it at the moment to double check everything I did, as I am in work, and most sites are blocked.

If you still haven't managed to do it tomorrow, I will have a look from home.

Just a thought, if you email me, I have the links here I can send to you, it might help.

When you click on the link in JT's email it should open your browser and go to this page. Then click the download button that I've marked in red

Then you should see this. Just save it to your desktop so you knw where it is and let it download.

Rew i can see the first screen when you press download but i dont get the second picture that you posted

Sounds like you may have a pop up stopper enabled.

When you click download look just above that page and under the grey bar on the top of your screen and you may see something that says do you trust this site or do you want to download this

JT is it permissable to post a link to a site where people wishing to learn can play a word game in turkish. i found the site compliments the lessons fairly well.

If allowed i will post the link. If not again just mail me and I will send the link.
Note the site is not a holiday site or anything to do with bookings , its just a learning site
