Data Only PAYG SIM Cards?

Is there a SIM only, pre-paid PAYG card available that I can buy in Icmeler? Could do with one for my MiFi.

wifi in most bars fee off charge, i didnt change sims or spend a penny, and even if you not in the same bar you probly can pick up the wifi from next doorn just save the password, i was clueless but managed no problem
