Selen 2 hotel- air con and safe prices

Hi all. I'm due to leave sunny old Bristol on the 21st staying at the Selen 2. Can anybody tell me what to expect to pay for air con and a safe for 2 weeks?
Will defiantly need the air con, looking at the weather updates

we stayed at the selen 2 last year, we cnt remember exactly but mum thinks it was about £90 for both for 2 weeks

Just back from Selen 2 aircon £4 per night, safe £3 per night. Safe is in your room. Enjoy your hols, you won't be disappointed with the Selen and the staff are brill

just back on Monday from Selen 2 £49 for both for 1 week...hotel lovely as usual, one or two changes for the better by the manager, the restauarant has new glass sliding doors and pictures and the breakfast has been rearranged better.
