Early or late??

We go every year about the first week in Sept. I haven't had a day off work since March cos I save my hols for Sept.
I keep hearing about people going away earlier and although I wish i could afford twice per year I prefer to go later in the year, cos i still have it to look forward to when all my workmates have already been .
Would you rather go early or late if you only had 1 choice?

Later, I like October when it's all coming to an end, and the people are getting excited about going home for the winter.

We dont have a choice at min school!!!¬!! but i like it hot so July/August is the best. I don't like the first week of September when the breeze returns its too cold

Jozzyd we have always find early Sept just right but it does start to turn cooler at night when we are due to come home, i don't think i would go much later than that. we went at the end of june once and it was much too hot x

We are lucky and go twice a year - June & sept. Been home about 3 weeks and looking forward to going back 3rd sept. Was really hot this June and although we like it hot must agree the evening breeze in sept is very pleasant so would prob choose sept. However as we also go away April & Nov hope I never get cut down to one holiday a year. I know Im lucky and hope you enjoy yourself in sept - where you staying. We will be at Selen 2 this time

My friend stayed in Selen 2 in June, she said it was great!!

We have stayed there before but not since new people took over. We did visit friends who were staying there in June and staff seemed very helpful - checked our booking for sept etc. Our friend is looking to come back in sept too! To be honest as long as you have a clean room to sleep, shower etc I dont really mind where we stay just as long as we get to stay in Icmeler - its like a second home! Feel chilled as soon as we arrive - made so many good friends over the years.
Must admit though despite being a regular visitor not sure where the Effendi is located - have you stayed there before? Always looking for good recommendations!

Much prefer September and am fortunate that the team i work with is only small so everybody gets what time off they want. This year though we did sneak a week in Icmeler during May only because i saw some cheap flights. I get 7 weeks holidays a year but i have to work all bank holidays plus i get some long service days. Happy days

Effendi is quite near to the beach. Near Prince restaurant and opposite L'Etoile Hotel.
Maestro restaurant & Heaven bar are connected to Effendi. We have stayed there about 7 years ago.

Early. Maybe am vain but love having a lovely suntan at the start of the summer and with luck can keep it topped up in the UK. Plus unless we have an Indian summer here is a bit of a shock to come back to the dismal weather here late September or October.
