Postby TIMUK » 01 Oct 2006 19:10

Sharon sorry I didn't get chance to speak to you earlier as I was in the middle of painting aswell as washing up lol

Anyway I was going to wait till I finished the small bathroom and then upload the pictures on the finished job but the cat is out the bag now :D

I've been busy with this project for the last week or so

The last owners want shooting for leaving the downstairs toilet in this state

Here is the before pictures :

Floor is looking better and as you can see I've boxed the pipes in as I didn't fancy scraping all the eld crappy paint off and repaint them. Also took the Toilet out lol

Toilet is back in, now it's on with trying to cover the walls with Apple White Dulux Paint, so far each wall is getting 4 coats as the old shite is still showing through

I was just finishing painting this wall Sharon when you rang.

More pictures to follow this week when I've finished, undercoat and gloss window and a bit of architrave and skirting and a new Wilko Gold Strip to go inbetween the door for the edge of the Tiles and Carpet.

Then I can lie down for a week as my back is kaput :!:

Regards,

Tim.

PS. Just reminded myself, the paint I am putting on looks like the colour of this Forum

Aslong as it's not electrical

More pictures to follow shortly as I have only a little bit of glossing to go now, and if I can find some gold trim to go over the carpet to the tiles then I'm laughing

Hi Timuk you are a typical bloke you did not put the seat down on the toilet before taking the picture. Who picked the curtains?

Actually the thought had crossed my mind to put it down, but I thought I would leave it up the traditional way and wind the Ladies up
