Is that red lights ( flashing) that is showing on what looks like a lamp post at the Zebra crossing the Temperature, or is it my imagination at this time of the morning

I think its the sign in the money exchange shop.

Hi - just back from Icmeler. That red light is just up from Hob Nob outside the change shop and it alternates between time and Temperature.
