Postby Bazza » 06 Mar 2011 11:22

We've not been since 2007 but we are going back this.. YIPEE!! BRING IT ON! (ahem! sorry! still a tad excited :D )
When we were there last there were some excellent deals on steak and chicken meals.. Were they still available last season and will they be this coming season.. and how much I wonder?

Yes, there were plenty of set menu deals around when we were there in both June and October, and I'd imagine there will be loads again this coming season, even if they are maybe a wee bit more expensive. Some places are better value than others - and everyone has their favourites.

because the price of red meat rose quite steeply last year chicken was a better value and the set menus with meat in them cost considerably more
as blondie said im sure there will be a lot of set menus around like last year
enjoy your holiday

For Tipping I left 10% or 10 Lira which ever was the less, if we just went for a drink somewhere then we didn’t leave a tip unless we stayed for more than one round. Our favourite drinking hole was the magic garden, it’s been 6 holidays since we have been there, I am so glad we went back.

Fantastic review dksbbs, viewtopic.php?f=31&t=11507 :D

We've been going to Icmeler for about 12 years, but can't think where LAL is. From your review it sounds like it is worth a visit, where about is it?

The Lal is on the road where the Romance Palace and Babadan are, but a wee bit further up and on the other side of the road. However, I believe it may be under new management this year, so I hope it will still be as good as it was last year.
