Have wondered if anyone can think of something we could wear to make ourselves recognisable to each other,Holiday truths have wristbands that members can wear, perhaps we could all do something too.Any ideas?

I always wear wolves sweatbands on holiday, so I'm easily recognized, just in case you wanted to know that is. Hey
JT there could be a few quid in this for ICR, nick holiday truths idea.

Holiday truths and others actually nicked our idea as this was done many years ago by us.
The last stuff we had were t shirts and I think we may have some left but small sizes

Actually thinking about it, it shouldn't be too hard to spot members as they would be sitting in Tandoori slightly imbibed

Last year we went to the Sizzler for our first meet up. When we arrived we couldn't identify anyone and sat down for a meal. We were given a lovely bottle of wine with our meal as we were forum members, which was greatly appreciated. While we were eating we noticed that three people in the t-shirts had appeared at the bar at the opposite end of the restaurant.By the time we finished our meal they had gone, probably as they thought they were the only members there. We thought afterwards that we should have gone up to identify ourselves during our meal but we thought that as it was a meet up they would still be there when we'd finished eating and that more members would have joined them.
They probably moved on because of a poor turnout. Don't think that this will happen this year because of the excellent drinks offer

but it would be a good idea if we could be easily recognised.

How about if
ICR issued anyone who was a member that called in at the office during the day of the get togethers with a clicker, a very simple and cheap means of recognition, i am sure that ICR can come up with a supplier and
for a small charge this could help the kennels and other deserving charities.

where do you put the clicker

That's okay for you men, those shorts would look stupid on me,hubby refused to even try some on.It needs to be something any of us,young, old, fat ,thin, male or female could wear.

What's a clicker?
Kev, I loved the shorts and tried to get my OH to buy a pair of them, he refused point blank. While we were there last July I kept a look-out to see if anyone was wearing them but didn't see any.
As a means of identity could we have a badge? Badges can be bought quite cheaply and couldn't we collect/buy one at the same time as we register to take up the the cheap drinks offer?

I quite like the wristband idea.
