flight change

ive not book with icr so wont mention any names but has any1 had any problem with flights from bristol in may. ours were cancelled and changed and changed again. was ment to be going 24th then changed to 21st and now its 28th!
the good thing is we got flights but just annoying when u have booked holidays off work and set on going on this date for so long and then suddenly its changed!
oh well only 60 days to go until 2 weeks of bliss
also, do u guys chnage your money up before u go or whiles your there? is the rate better over there?

It is annoying, I heard there have been changes with some Aegean flights from Bristol.

Best to takek a small amount of lira with you to see you few the first few hours, then change money at the supermarket under the ICR office (next door to Tandori Sizzler) for the best exchange rate.

Make sure it is the Supermarket, noticed on a recent photo that a change office has opened next door to the supermarket.
DO NOT USE CHANGE OFFICES, they take commission.

I am not sure on the law with customers but I do know that if the change office which is now next door to the supermarket see money changing hands in the shop they will call the police on the shop keepers as the change office pay a lot of money to do this and the market doesn't, if you get my drift

We always found that the rate was better in Arslan supermarket (opposite Loveboat restaurant) and Best supermarket (opposite the Romance restaurant).

We also found The Best Supermarket to give the better exchange rate.

yes i booked in november for 17 days because of day time flights. We are flying from newcastle. got email 6 weeks later to say our return flight had changed. It is now a nighttime flight so annoying, lost 1/2 day holiday plus night time flight nothing we can do about it Never mind still couple more days holiday than normal. Roll on may 13th.

we fly from newcastle on may the 13 for 17 days and our return flight has changed, so it is likely that we are on the same flight. its not so bad losing half a day when you are going for 17 days but if you are only going for a week i think it does make a big difference.
