early end of season?

ive been talking recently to a few of my old icmeler friends who are talking about closing down their bars etc at the beginning of october because of lack of tourists this year(nothing to do with the bombs just a general drop off in usual numbers)
i know a few places do close down around this time but there are always plenty others left to keep us later holidaymakers amused
i was considering the first two weeks in october again but now i am not sure what to do
any ideas or opinions would be appreciated
admin are you taking bookings until the end of october

Most Bar owners I got to speak to over the last couple of weeks intend to stay open till the end of October, some even later and a few are open all year.
But it is the tourist who dictates what happens, by booking these late bargains.
