I passed these apartments in September and popped in to have a look, the place looked nice and private and commentated to my partner I would like to stay there, but after chatting to someone around our pool who stayed there last year, they said they have good rooms and very bad !!put me off after what they said.

Don't consider them too long Dave as UK agencies only get a few rooms there and go quickly and the rest if them go to our Scandinavian friends.

Situated behind the Marti resort in a quiet street

We have rooms available there but only certain dates left

John do you mean behind the Marti Le Pearle or is there another Marti, as we are looking for an apartment quite central x

There right next to the Hotel 47, behind the Gondol, very central, looked round them in october, very nice, but they do give preference to the scandinavians.

Stayed there in September, rooms are fine altho ours (no2) had a view of the bar only and the end room (no1) had half the hotel walking directly past their balcony so no privacy. A lot of the rooms have 2 balconies but these seem to be kept for Dutch/Scandanavian regulars. Hotel is kept clean enough tho they could do with fishing the dead insects out the pool more often. Bar lads fine, cleaning staff fine blah blah blah. We would go back but......lets just say that the price we paid last year for 17 nights has more than doubled for the 14 nights we're looking at this year!
At the same time of the year before anyone asks.

Stayed here last September the apartments were a really reasonable price which along with the location were the main reasons for booking here.

Nice apartments although our apartment was one of the ones with only 1 balcony. would've like the 2 but it didn't bother us. Safes are situated in the wardrobe in the bedroom, the bathrooms are lovely great shower.

All in all staff were pleasant enough, we didn't drink in the bar in the evening, had a few lunches/breakfasts here and were again reasonable. Would I go back probably but trying to try different apartments around the resort and next year staying in the village area for a nice change.

If you need to know anything email me.
