We have met some fantastic people over the years and many are lasting friendships,so this year we have booked the weekend before christmas in Blackpool(wish it was Icmeler)to get together with our Icmeler family.I am sure we will re kindle memories of all the years and great times we have had and look foreward to having.

Hello Maryb yes we are realy looking forward to meeting up again & it is a pity it is not Icmeler but im sure it wil be mentioned a few times. But August wil soon come around again see you soon :D :lol:

I agree I have met so great people and gone on to be really good friends with them, and also I enjoy seeing the same people from year to year in Icmeler, makes it familiar, friendly and warm, and it's lovely to see what they been up to all year etc

I know exactly what you mean and Im sure you will all have a great time!! I'm lucky that a lot of the people we met in Icmeler this year actually stay quite near us, so at least once every couple of months we have a reunion at one of our homes and make fishbowls,cocktails and listen to our favourite icmeler songs and a great time is had by all!! It always takes the turkey blues away for a little while :)
