Still no tickets

Hi we are due to go to icmeler on 25 th July and still have no tickets we booked through h4u has anyone else had problems receiving e tickets ? Or am I worrying for nothing?

dont worry ive had my tickets emailed in past 5 days before departure

Cant see it being a problem, you would just need to take a confirmation of your booking if you dont receive anything.

I would email them a week before if you havn't received them. I was waiting for my tickets every day like you and was sure they would come, I had to email Aegean a week before departure and got a reply saying ticket had been autimatically sent a few days before but she would send it again which she did so that was ok but when I checked junk e-mail etc and there was nothing there so presumably the automatic function to send tickets does not always work.

We fly out on the 23rd and only received ours on thursday, Don't worry we have received our tickets this way for the past few years and the latest the E-mail arrived was with 5 days to go. give it till middle of next week and then give them a call

We fly 30th July, got my tickets from Aegean today.......yippeeeeeee makes it more real now

We also fly with Aegean on the 30th July, sent them an email last night to ask where the tickets were as last year we had them by the 4th July when flying on the 31st, this morning at 10:30 they popped into my email box with an extra email in reply to mine saying that they had just been sent.

had email back off aegean said usually 7 - 14 days before so will just have to wait cant get excited until weget the tickets fingers crossed wont be long

I have not received our tickets either. We fly on the 30th July from Manchester with Aegean at 12.00 and arriving at Dalaman 18.10

Hi Helen,
Reading the previous posts it appears e-tickets arrive about 14 days prior to departure so expect yours this weekend if by any chance you did not receive any just take your booking confirmation.

Helen, are you sure it is 12.00 you fly? We fly at 11am arrive at Dalaman 17:15 from Manchester airport with Aegean, 30th July. flight number 0HY380 I have my tickets but i contacted them to ask when i could expect them and within a couple of days they was in my in box.
