Arrived yesterday fast transfer by taxi from dalaman airport. Staff at Chateau de ville welcomed us and feels like home straight away. Went for late lunch at Richards and eelcomed again. Had a great prawn salad and a couple of effes each. Prices are still good £12 for us both - bargain. Richard is giving 6.10 exchange which is best rate we have seen. Weather is perfect. Had a swim and rest before having a walk and late evening meal. Called at Ozzy's new watch shop (he still works at the istanbull watch shop but also has his own place over the road). My partner said he has the better watches there. Walked over to Ida's and had late meal. Grilled steak for me and chicken wok for him. The square was busy and we did some people watchin. Over to tin tins bar for a drink or two and then back to chateau for bed as weve been up since 3am! Good nights rest ready for sunbathing

Thanks for the blog, ozzys watch shop 8s still owned by muhrat but instead of knocking both of his shops into one as had been planned this shop became available and was to good to pass up.

Ozzy is still the better of the 2 selling watches. Icmeler is busy(ish) but weather has not been good last couple of days!hope it picks up tomoz

Last day before leaving icmeler tomorrow at 6.30pm. Weather has been so unpredictable this time and today is cloudy with possible thunderstorm later. Will be back next may (no september visit this year☹). Have had lovely food at the titanic, champagne, taj mahal on an evening. Will be sad to leave but look forward to coming back.
