Glad you had a good weekend Lynda. Same weather in Wales today, hailstones, rain, windy, then sunny spells with lovely rainbows, but bitterly cold.

My daughter rang me today to tell me that we have a sniper in our family!!
My seven month old grandson , Lucas is doing his damndest to crawl but he kept spinning around on his belly in circles.
Well, today he has realised he has got legs and he keeps pushing himself forward with just his left leg, Joanne says he looks like a sniper crawling through the grass :)
I just thought I would tell you about that cos it keeps making me laugh :D

It's even more depressing when I'm sitting here thinking - this time last week I was sitting on the beach in Icmeler looking out at that beautiful view across the bay and basking in the sunshine - with a nice chilled glass of something by my side!

My problem is I always leave things to the last minute. :?

Hi, I'm off today and just on forum till I go and have hair done, roots are peeping through! I've just posted on the thread where I mentioned slimming world magazine we could maybe track each others progress on our winter diet on this thread:D

Anybody else folowing points, syns, low fat, low carb, etc in prparation for beach next year, we could all provide a bit of moral support. Bit of fun to keep us going  We have a how many sleeps? we could have a how many pounds? I'm prepared to put a pound per pound I lose aside for the orphanage fund and donate when I arrive in May.

What an excellent idea Trish. I too will pledge £1 for every 1lb I lose for the orphanage for next year.

Any sponsors would be greatly appreciated.

Edit to PS
I weigh every 8 days due to shift rotation and next Tuesday is my first day to weigh in.

Ok lets get this party started! :D I'll check in each Wednesday with a total of how many pounds I've lost or gained, starting from next wednesday. I'll post on this thread, anybody else wishing to join our crusade? maybe we could ask Gene to do one of those updates similar to his holiday dates one, with a monthly total of pounds lost, (gained for the orphanage) by all who want to participate?
Good luck for next Tuesday :D
