Well personally I normally take about 4 or 5 for 12 days but must admit I have bought a new one this year and goint holiday shopping next week to Manchester so could be more this year

I have to admit, I take one for every day if I am going for 7 days. If they get old, I throw away and replace so I still have the same amount. Very anul about my bikini's LOL
