I don't know prices but I know there is a leather place in Marmaris by Kipa and they make leather jackets to order if wanted.

I had a jacket made for me about 4 yrs ago from the chap in the shop just down past the icr offices going toward the beach, would be opposite the fountains , up a cpl of steps, someone once told me he was the Turkish weightlifting champion, all i know is the the jacket he made was superb, and I believe it cost about £120 at the time

My wife has had 3 - 4 jackets made by the man in the shop by the fountains
As she is 6ft tall it was good to get one that fitted properly. He and his wife are lovely people and will suggest the best for you.
It will be better if you order the jacket early in your holiday because he will have to make alterations and size you up for where the buttons go.
About £125 - £150 will be reasonable depending on which leather you want

You wouldn't happen to remember the name of the shop do you? From memory (which is admittedly failing I can think of a couple of leather shops opposite the fountains
