TANDOORI SIZZLER RESTAURANT CLOSED ?

Is it true that the Tandoori Sizzler Restaurant is not going to open this season.

I have heard that this restaurant and about 50% of the restaurants in Icmeler will not be open this summer due to the rents being increased so much that it is no longer affordable ???
I hope this is not true, Tandoori Sizzlers is a favourite of mine and I was looking forward to going back there in May.

Can anybody enlighten me on this please.

OMG.....Yes, that is too sad...
Hakan and his brother.....Both lovley people, decent and hard working and always made you welcome.....also the staff were lovely too.

Does anybody know if the brothers have opened anywhere else and what other restaurants will not be open this season ??

Tandoori not opening this year has nothing to do with the landlord upping the rent

Actually I wouldn't say that the reason for places not opening ahs anything to do with landlords upping the rent

More like all restaurants try to go cheaper than the one next door and not selling its meals or drinks at a price that will make a profit woukd not help any place

Oh, funny how rumours start isn't it.

Still a shame to see a good restaurant close. I didn't think that Tandoori was under cutting their prices at all, in fact it was more expensive that the majority of others....but I don't mind paying extra for such good quality and excellent service, its all about enjoyment and not price as far as I am concerned.

I hope the rest of my "restaurant list" will still be open when I get there :-/

Yes, I also thought it was a tad more expensive than most others but as you say, I too don't mind paying extra for the quality of the food (and the quantities were HUGE)...

Very sad to hear of the closure - I think the cheap All-Inclusive packages don't help the restaurant businesses but that's a completely different can-of-worms....

no great loss there ( just my opinion ) many more great restaurants in icmeler, and im sure the boys will open something up again soon x

Hi Guys,we are returning to ichmeler on may 11 this year and am wondering if anyone can tell me if the sizzler along with the exellent food and fun staff is going to be open,as our trip wont be complete without eating at the sizzler and having fun there and having really good evenings guarenteed.
