I'm usually in Icmeler for my birthday in August but found it too hot last year so decided to leave it till later in September.

Probably first two weeks in June, depending what dates at the weekends. Then again late Sept or Early Oct like last year.

Hopefully we will get to meet again Dotty.

You'll be there same time as us Margo 23/9/09 - 10/10/09.

Mary - your dates are very similar to ours, we'll be there from 11th June for 2 weeks, and also the dates above. Hopefully we can meet up again.

Good luck with stopping smoking. I only managed it for 3 months last year. I find that much harder than dieting. I used the pills from the Doctor, but I cant remember the name of them now.

The pills from Dr Mary would've been Champix (or varenicline if giving them it the real name). Some people think they are a wonder drug as they've tried loads of times before to stop with no luck, then others get bad side effects so they don't. Worked for my brother he has now stopped for about 18 months.

I must go and ask about those pills Andrea, I have to give up apart from the health issues I just can't afford it any more.

My sister-in-law also used them and she was quite a heavy smoker. She has been of them now for 6 months and no tablets.Think it's a gradual process. she thinks they are great and had no problems with side effects.

It's like anything though as much as I think from speaking to many people you still need to want to stop smoking but does make it easier. Although also depends on your GP again this is from the many people I spoke to in my last job but good luck Wendy :)

Good luck to everyone who wants to give up, once I get to target weight I will definitely be trying again.

Yeah Andrea, Champix thats the ones, they were really good. I just had a blip - once off the tablets, and the first thing I did was to go back to smoking. I will definitely try them again once I am at target weight.

Dotty - Well I am 8lbs down this week, so much closer to getting to under Phills weight - then the holiday will be booked - woop woop.
