Travellers Rest Apartments

I have been reading that the Travellers Rest Apartments Icmeler have been sold and will in future be know as The Newport Beach Apartments.

Travellers rest is no more.

Christine has moved on as the owners were asking stupid money for the lease.

As for the name you suggest I haven't got a clue but at the moment it doesn't look like they will be open in a month

Is it a statement you are making John or a question as at the moment there is a lot of work going on in Icmeler but at that place none

Since doing this topic I have seen entries on Facebook where Christine herself has stated she has giving up the Apartments which are now under new management.
She is at present working on preparing their Fryer Tuck restaurant which will now go under the name of The Travellers Rest.

Aha I see

I saw her the other week and she was looking into another business away from Icmeler and she will of course do well and I will pop over for a night or two to where she is going when the seson starts and partake of her special fish cakes
