Devamli Hotel

Just been informed that you have taken the Devamli off your books. Should we worry? Will our booking still stand, and will we still get the service from ICR if anything goes wrong at the hotel?

We are in the process of reconsidering contract terms so as far as you should be concerned there is absolutely nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the reply but still a bit concerned as you've asked me for the lead booking name. We've done this before when we booked the Iguana apts and then had to move elsewhere.

Please contact our UK office for further reassurance if you need to. If you have already done so and still worried then please let us know how we can reassure you even further.
As for past years bookings and regards to change of a hotel, we only take this step if its absolutely necesarry as per our terms and conditions however having your lead booking name is a fundemental piece of information for us in order to find your booking but it has got nothing to do with change of a hotel etc. :)
