My husband has tried to join the forum and he has recieved an email saying that he has to wait until it is approved by an administrator and he will be sent another email to activate the account. This is about a week ago and nothing has happened. Does anyone know what might be the problem

My husband has still not been able to join the forum. Could admin or someone please let me know if there is a problem or if he is not going through the correct procedure as it is puzzling me, i didn't have any problem joining many years ago?.
