My wife and I are going to the Aqua June 12th, this is our first time to Turkey and I have a couple of queries I am sure you knowledgable lot will be able to answer. Firstly does the Aqua have a currency exchange facility within the hotel and if so are they happy with sterling travellers cheques? Secondly I am a smoker (yes I know I should wear a bell around my neck and cry out 'unclean! unclean' when in public) and was wondering what the current smoking ban situation is in Icmeler. Any other advice or tips for a couple of Turkey newbies would be welcomed and appreciated.

yeah there will be an exchange facility in the aqua that change money (most hotels and apartments do)
and the smoking ban means that your not supposed to smoke inside in public places like in the UK
but the turks dont take it very seriously and if your sitting at the table in a restaurant nearest the outside they dont mind
