first timers - any advice?

we are going to icemelar for the first time on friday, staying at the club tokmak apartments. does anyone have any words od wisdom. what to avoid and the best places to go. we are going to two weeks, but dont want to waste precious time. SO EXCITED!!!

thanks. Does anyone have any knowledge of Club Tokmak. Its up beside the market apparently. Is the market on a wednesday or a thursday and should we wait to get our goodies there, or just go to the tourist shops?

I cant comment on Club Tokmak, we have never stayed there.

The market in Icmeler is on a Wednesday. I usually pop up there just to get some fruit, but as for the rest of the goodies, you can get just as good if not better in the shops. Dont be afraid to haggle too, dont pay the first price asked.
