Baby Milk

Postby sanjo » 30 Jun 2009 19:18

Hi, I wonder if someone could answer my query :?:

A friend of mine living in Icmeler has asked me to bring her some baby milk as by all accounts it is a lot cheaper in the UK compared to Turkey.
My question is can I carry the milk in my hand luggage or would it be best to put it in my suitcase?

Thanks for your help

Either is fine but be careful of your weight allowances. Baby milk is ridiculously expensive in turkey so im sure your friend will appreciate whatever you can take!

Hi,

Probably best to put fluid or powder in your case. You generally have enough to carry after duty free shopping.

We found that you have to be very careful with baggage weight from Dalaman. They charged us a ridiculous amount. They even charged folk for 1kg over.
