Dvd player

Hi all, was wondering if you can use a portable dvd player on the plane :lol:

As Dodge says they is no issues using a DVD player unless told not to do so, they are not allowed to be used whenever the seatbelt signs are illuminated.

yeah as everyone else has said
its the same as ipods and stuff like that
your not allowed to use them when the plane is taking off or landing and when the fasten your seat belt sign is on
just incase it interfers with the electrical equipment on the plane

It's also a safety issue, if you have ear phones in with music playing you cannot listen to any emergency instructions given out.

we found our DVD player kept freezing when we played it, but it wasnt a very expensive one, so better quality may work better. So the plane affected the player we found.

I slept all the way home, I couldn't believe it as usually can't sleep on planes, must of been tired. Luckilly the stewadess woke me up to give me my breakfast, but I went straight back to sleep after it.
