hi goodlookin bill,
we are friendly with Apo who works in the Venice and have sent him quite a few parcels over the years, we have always sent them first class, they seem to take an awful long time to get to him, usually about 2/3weeks, these have been sent to both Icmeler and to his home near Kurtulan ..hope this is of some help

As someone who used to work for parcelforce customer services, Parcelforce International Datatpost service would be the quickets if I remember correctly about 6 days, but it may cost about 40 quid.

That's a good time.

We used to get loads of problems because the post office would sell services and not tell people they werent sending them on a gauranteed service and they could take months if they sent them by surface mail.
