 Crazy isn't it?, I wonder if it makes much difference, but I was never prepared to take the chance

I'll be doing the same on Wednsday morning, straight out of bed, and weigh myself while the kettles on :D

I'll log in tomorrow to see how you've got on.

I must make a determined effort to exercise more, its finding the time when working, and days off are usually spent cleaning, shopping and visiting family, and of course surfing this site

Good news for me, I have lost 4lb this week. Better news for the Orphanage, they have gained £4 this week.

Good luck to everyone else.

Linda, and Reesy you will do it, you know the orphanage needs support. Think I might try the stop smoking and see how long I can go. If i do it I will donate to the orphanage. Not IF, WHEN

Sorry I cant help with the smoking, I did give up for 3 months also, but first sign of stress I was back on them. I did use Champix which were prescribed by my GP, and they were good, but maybe I should have used them a little longer.

Celine, I tend to flit between Slimming World and Weight Watchers (Core plan) and they are both good for my lifestyle. At the moment I am doing SW and I have just discovered you can do mix to match which is really good.

If you need any further explanations on any of them, just drop me a PM.
