Deleted it Col has it had no meaning in that format.

EDIT: Sorry had to alter it slightly as it was stretching the page

Thanks for that Gene, but my weigh in day is 1 day forward every week, as I am weighing on my last day off work. So I will weigh every 8 days.

Thanks for being our Team Leader

I had already deleted it Colette because of stretching the page.
The one showing is not good enough so will delete.

Gene

Anyone can do a graph please?

The best thing that has been told to me was

'Eat less - exercise more'

Maybe I should wear my grass skirt when I am hula hooping

40 minutes until I finish work - its great to have some chatters

I have already been on the slimming world diet for a few days, so today I have been on a green day. Its pasta, with some mushrooms etc and a small amount of cheese for dinner tonight, I cant wait, starving now

I have just grilled a small chop and had a green salad with it. Is the slimming world diet hard to follow.

I have been talking to a woman at work today. She is in her sixties and is quite petite, she has a lovely figure and looks very young.
She said she just eats less and every morning she does half an hour of stretches to stay like that.

I think I'm going to try but I have to have my pizza tonight for one last time :( . My husband makes the best pizza I have ever tasted, I think he must be part Italian!

Colette, what diet do you follow? Well done on your marvellous loss up to now.

Lynda, I tend to drift between slimming world, which is red and green days, basically red days, all your meat is free, and green days, all your pasta/potatoes/rice etc are free.

Weight watchers when I do it, I go on the core plan. Thats basically 3 healthy meals a day with nothing in between except fruit/veg and thats only if you are genuinely hungry.

I've been following Scottish Slimmers which is very similar to Weight Watchers, but this week have decided to cut out bread and potatoes too purely because I'm fed up having a sandwich every day for lunch and I don't really like potatoes unless its chips. Have lost 7lbs so far and aiming to have lost a stone my Christmas

Thanks Mary, it certainly isn't easy but what keeps me going is the thought of me bulging out my bikini in Icmeler!

I've started walking more and am sure that's why I've lost weight cos I still eat loads. My theory is that if I want something I have it, then cut back on other things, if you deprive yourself thats when things go drastically wrong. Might be an idea to support each other my suggesting tips, recipes etc? I just made carrot, lemon and ginger soup, I haven't tasted it yet but having it for lunch, and I don't have to count any points for it as its 'free-food'

I am nights tonight, so just doing my food diary online now.

This is my RED day on slimming world today, a little awkward because I am nights tonight.

Breakfast - Kippers and poached egg.
Dinner - Gammon steak, lots of vegetables.
Supper in work - 2 slices of wholemeal bread made with extra light mayonnaise, chicken, salad. 1 tin of pears in natural juice.

I have 350ml of skimmed milk for coffee's.

Good luck everyone, have a super day.

I have SW online, so if anyone ever needs any (syn) values, just let me know

Wow looks like a few of us are on the same mission, well done Ann and Feefee, and everybody who is following diets. I love red days, but it's Friday, the weekend, this is the hardest time for me!

Reesy your menu looks good!

Thanks Gene for trying to set up progress thing, (I'm not technical enough to know what you meant :? )

So shall we post on here each weigh in? maybe a monthly total of how many pounds has been pledged for the orphanage from our totals?
It's helping me already, to know that the children will benefit from my weight loss, I'll feel bad if I don't stick to it.
Good luck everybody :D
