Does anyone know if you can buy benecol spread and lowering cholestral drinks in any of the supermarkets in Icmeler? Been working on lowering my cholestral without taking statins and will try and bring them with me if they don't sell them there. Any brand will do doesn't have to be benecol .

you can certainly buy benecol. We've been buying it for years. It was the only marg we recognised
