Can anyone tell me if you can get low fat yogurt in Icmeler ?and if so what is it called , I usually have Mullar light for breakfast with fresh fruit and would love to try it with all the lovely fruit you can' buy in Turkey

Yes you can from the supermarkets; it's the light version with lower fat content. Like you, at breakfast I have melon with 'light' yogurt & a drizzle of honey which we get from our landlord; also use it to make Ayran if I can be bothered but easier to simply buy.

Sorry can't recall actual name of brand; I normally buy it from Tansas, - when you go in the door just after the fruit/veg section on the left is the cooler & on the lower shelves you see it, usual white plastic carton but with PINK wording including 'Lite'.
I'm sure you'll easily find it but not sure if it's such a healthy option as you are used to.
