Thanks for that, Sue - just been and bought one of the medium-sized ones, as we were needing a new case in time for the three of us coming to Icmeler in June. They are sooooo light!!!

Hi,
just back from Sports World having bought a 'cabin friendly' suitcase on sale for £10.99 instead of £ 19.99. Seems a decent value for money buy, has several outer compartments, ability to expand & meets hand luggage measurements. On wheels, has pull-up handle & padlock included & is made by Dunlop.
They also have other sizes at good sale prices.
Roy.

Ours on there 6th trip in July and 4 off those were with the baggage handlers in Dalaman airport :D . They really are worth the money get along to Matalan or you can order them online and its free postage if you spend over £40/50. Some good offer at the minute on these suitcases.

Problem now is so many people are using them you have to mark them in some way, twice ive had to stop someone walking off with our cases even though they were marked, so now dayglow tape round the handle is used....Rog

i always check the luggage label on every one of our cases before leaving the reclaim belt to make sure

But it's amazing how many people don't check, I once had to stop somone walking off with our case in Paphos and it had a big Green strap round it with our name on, I thought at first that were trying to steal it but yes they did have the same multicolour case as us.

Wrapping some tinsel around the handle makes your luggage stand out :)

As well as the ones who walk off with someone else's case, there's also numpties like me who stand there for forty minutes chunnering under my breath that the eejits have lost my blue case....failing to recognise that the one going past again and again and again on the belt is the BLACK case I brought with me.

yeah there is a lot of very similar cases on the belts
i really think its a must to check your labels on every case because the last thing you need is getting to icmeler and finding out that you have the wrong case
would be a nightmare
