Manchester Aiport Flight Delays

My last 2 holidays (in Sept 10 and May 11) involved flight delays to Dalaman from Manchester. Both involved travelling on a Thursday afternoon - the outward flights werre delayed by 5 hours and the return flights by 7 hours and 3 hours. Have been looking online at the airport website and this seems to be a regular occurence with T C**k and Th***s*n. Anyone exerienced this lately? Am due to visit Icmeler again at the end of August and am wondering if delay is likely.

My daughter is stuck in Manchester now with a 5 hour delay on a Jet2 flight.
