Combined baggage allowance

Hi all, I know in previous years we have been allowed to combine our luggage allowance so that some individual bags can weigh more than allowed per passenger weight as long as the combined weight was bellow that allowed for all in the travelling group. We are flying with Onur and were wondering if anyone knows if this is still the case this year. I have heard some budget airlines charging if a bag is over as they wont take in consideration the combined weight.

In my opinion body weight and all luggage should be considered NOT hold and hand luggage

yeah i think with most airlines you can still combine you luggage weight
but for health and safety reasons one suitcase cannot weigh more than 32kgs
although hold baggage and hand luggage are considered separate

Totaly agree I think 22kgs hold plus 10 hand luggage is ample but you get lightweight passangers with heavy bags penalized and obese passangers with no clothes\under weight luggage AND then buying gross dutyfree and they endi up in a better situation

Yes you can combine your luggage together as a group on the same booking, but I think if your suitcases weigh upwards of 30kgs, they wont handle them for health and safety reasons. much to my sons and his girlfriends embarrassment they had to distribute their suitcase into hand luggage at check in :)
