Just browsing through the avon brochure~04 and they have their SSS dry oils on offer for£2.50 normally will be £5.20.Going to order some now,asI've been using this for the last few years and it seems to deter those mossies.

Seems to be the only thing which works to me too - stocked up the last time it was on offer.

ive just got my avon so soft i went to Scotland a few years ago local man there told me only thing he found to keep all their mossies away.Last 5 years no mossy bites in Icemer bet i get eaten to bits this year But nice of avon to have it on offer for us.

I've got Brochure 5 and its back up to £5.20, I don't need any personally but thought if anyone still has Brochure 4 I'd be buying it now.

Hi Dotty. Must be we Scots are used to getting eaten alive that we know the best prevention with SSS,. It was actually metioned in a camping mag a few years back so have been stocking up since.Think i have about 7 bottles now, all bought when it was on offer. lol. Fifegirl.

Just looking to buy some SSS now- keep those mosses away when we're away in a couple of weeks- is there anything specific in the range that works? Dry oil/ moisturising cream etc or do they all work the same?

Its the dry oil spray that helps keep them away, the one with bluey green writing on the bottle, think its the original.

I have just tried to purchase some online from Avon and it is currently out of stock it's not just the mossies this year the west coast midges are driving me insane and nearly out of my SSS so looks like the dog will just have to get shorter walks.

Oh no, ive bought two bottles of the pink dry oil spray,
I have used it before and had NO problems, but do you think i may of just been lucky?
Do really i need to get some green/original spray ?
Help, does anyone know if the pink one works just as well ??
