Swings, slides and that.....

Postby Covfandan » 20 Sep 2010 14:21

Hya folks.

Me and the mrs are off to Icmeler at the start of October with the little 'un, who's 2.

Us two have been before, but couldn't remember any places/bars, with swings and slides and that?

Can anyone reccomend anywhere?

We cannot wait now that it's only a few weeks away. Having been twice before we know how great the place is and how much the little 'un will enjoy it!

Cheers

Yes, there are actually quite a few little play areas scattered around Icmeler. You don't say where you are staying, but there is one just off the top of the canal, behind the taxi rank. There is another quite near there - if you were standing at the top of the canal (opposite the Florida), head along to the left and it's just a bit along that road. I'm sure other posters can suggest where some of the rest are located. I can remember seeing them here and there on my many strolls around the resort, even up in the old village.

The Istanbul Bar has a small kids play area at the back of the bar.

Cheers for that.

Top of the canal, is that where the Devamli is and the sports bar?

And where abouts is the Istanbul bar?

Its 3 years since we went last so the memory of where things are is a bit hazey!

Thanks

if you head up past florida heading up to main road there is a park and they have trampolines ,a bouncy castle and some motorised cars(these might be too big for your wee one) i think they also have a ball pool too.

There's a good play area in the Turkish Delight and an even better one in the Lemon Tree. Everything is new in the Turkish Delight as it only opened this year and the area in the Lemon Tree is new this year as well. Our granddaughter (13 months) loved both of them.
