help! we are staying in apartments this year for the first time and love several cups of tea in the morning to help with recovery. does anyone know which is the best milk to get .we prefer semi skimmed can you get this.

You need to get one that says yarım yaglı on the box. Generally ıt ıs ın blue wrıtıng.

you can get fresh milk in the supermarkets

UHT skimmed milk can also be had from the supermarket
