I purchased a similar holdall for this year's holiday and weighed it empty and it was just over 1.5 kg. It was great and as I rolled most of my clothes, they were very little creases in them.

Just bought 2 holdalls this morning. They were selling like hot cakes !!!
They're very much lighter than our usual cases so I can take more clothes, yippee!!
A lady in Aldi said her son took one of these holdalls to Florida and it was great, not damaged during the flight, ( I thought they were not robust enough)

Just back from Aldi having bought two. They look great. Plenty of space inside. Much lighter than the hard top cases that we have used for years (they were 4kg empty!!). Also bought the locks that they had in Aldi.

Hi we got back from Marmaris 2 weeks ago every time we have been we get charged on our way home now this year i invested in holdalls in stead off cases and also a set off scales just from our local pound shop.

We were panicking as never before have we traveled with 15kg well on our outward journey at Teeside Airport there was 6 off us and our luggage was 11kg UNDER lol we took stuff out off hand luggage and filled the hold baggage up the check in girl said wow never seen that before normally peole take things out to put in hand luggage lol.

I also paid a extra £80 before we flew with Aegean flights for 4 extra bags to weigh 20kg each.on our return journey

We had 15 btl off sun creams between us all toiletries lilo etc etc which we leave behind every year we go

We bought roughly the same as we do every year and guess what we got to dalaman for our return journey home we were way under lol didn't need to pay that £80 how there work it out ill never no we go to marmaris twice a year and each time we get charged.

The holdalls make a big difference like.

Also may i had we had our young grand daughters with us and we took 5 btls off water for them to have in Dalaman airport as every one knows its expensive we went threw first security check bear in mind a couple in front off us had 3 big btls off water in a bag customs never said boo to them we went threw took ours off us i explained there were for my grand kids and they wouldn't have any off it i explained that my youngest grand daughter had medical problems and needed to have fluids often but took no notice

Cost us £20 in Airport for 4 little btls off water and i pkt crisps total rip of mind you we have never had water taken from us before so cant really moan

Other than that we had a fantastic time and will be returning in Oct for another 2 weeks off sunshine x

My wife and I bought 2 of these holdalls this morning.Probably slightly smaller than our usual suitcases but we will have to be more disciplined with our luggage in future or it will cost more for the luggage than for the flights!
