Hi I booked 3 flight only seat with Goldtrail in October 2009 our luggage allowance was 20 kgs hold and 5 kgs hand I was looking at my account for my tickets to check flight times and they have reduced weight to 15 kgs hold and 5 kgs hand for flights booked prior to 01-03-2010. Does anyone have any advice. Hotel was booked with ICR so no problem there

I would give them a ring to double check, have you actually got your tickets? They weight allowance should be printed on them

No I have not received my tickets > emailed booking agent and they said I could purchase extra at the airport and quoted £5 per kg > I do have a screen copy of original booking weight

I would imaging they would have to honour the 20kg allowance as you booked it so early, I would definately give them a ring and point out that the weight allowance is 15kg for bookings made after 01/03/10 its either that or wait and see what your tickets say when they arrive, good luck

yeah as someone just said
i would say that they would have to honour their 20KG original allowance too
phone them up and find out or go onto their website and see if there is an email you can contact them on
that might be better as you would have written confirmation if you get an answer
hope this helps :) and hope you get your 20KGs
